Family Heating & Air is so good that I'd rate them a ten if given the opportunity. When one of my two AC units broke, American Home Shield (AHS) dispatched a company whose tech was inexperienced to work on it and left it in worse shape when he gave up and canceled the ticket. AHS then sent Family Heating & Air, and the issue was quickly repaired. When my second unit started having problems, I requested the Family be assigned the ticket, but AHS refused and tried to dispatch the original disaster company. No, thank you. Now, without AHS, I exclusively call Family Heating & Air for service and routine maintenance. They recently replaced both my aging units, and I am pretty happy with their performance. When I voiced concern over having my 90-year-old mother in a warm, humid house, they expedited my ticket and installed a new unit early the following day! They are skilled craftsmen who are some of the most professional and courteous folks I've had the pleasure of knowing. Save yourself some time and frustration - call the pros at Family Heating & Air first!

After more than three weeks of waiting for another company that was assigned to do repairs by American Home Shield, I got AHS to assign the repair to Family Heating and Air. They sent a technician out THAT DAY, and the AC unit's compressor was replaced the day the new compressor arrived, about four days later—professional and friendly service.
